Quest Quality Policy

In serving our customers, the Quest goal is to genuinely understand their service needs and be responsive in fulfilling them. On-time delivery of quality products and services that maximize user value is our primary objective. All of us at QUEST know that only by continually expanding our services and maintaining the highest quality products we can ensure our customer satisfaction. Therefore, each employee shall strive to meet the agreed upon requirements of all internal and external customers, the first time and every time. This shall be accomplished by continuous improvement through education, comprehension, training, teamwork and innovation.

Because Quality is a process of continuous improvement, all Quests' employees are expected to actively work toward the attainment of these objectives. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief Operations Officer (COO), we pledge our absolute support to the QUEST QUALITY POLICY, as defined by ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 throughout our organization. Our customers expect the highest level of satisfaction from QUEST as we are committed to comply with applicable regulatory requirements to ensure and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

This policy shall be made available to all external providers and the public as appropriate.

Quest Environmental Policy

Quest International, Inc., its management and staff are committed to protecting the Earth's environment. To minimize environmental impacts concerning our activities, products and services, we shall:

    Comply with applicable legal requirements that relate to its environmental aspects.
    Assess the environmental impact of all our operations.
    Prevent pollution, reduce waste and minimize the consumption of resources.
    Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner.
    Encourage environmental protection among suppliers and outsourced service suppliers.

Quest is committed to continual improvement of environmental performance. This Policy will be communicated to all staff, contractors and suppliers, and be available for the public.

Quest Information Security Management Policy

Quest International is committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all physical and electronic information assets throughout the organization, in order to preserve and maintain operational resilience and to ensure legal, regulatory and contractual compliance. Information and information security requirements will continue to be aligned with Quest’s goals. Quest’s Information and Security Management System (ISMS) is intended to be an enabling system for information sharing, business operations, and managing informationrelated risks.


Business continuity and contingency plans, avoidance of security breaches, access control to systems and information security incident reporting are fundamental aspects to this Policy. Control objectives for each of these areas are contained in this Manual (Doc. QM-MD-EM-IS) and supported by specific documented policies and procedures.

All Quest Personnel and External Security Support Partners are expected to conform to this policy and will be trained accordingly to ensure understanding and compliance with these requirements.

The ISMS is subject to continual improvement.

This Policy will be communicated to all employees, interested parties and be available to the public as appropriate.
