Sales Account Manager

REPORTING: Director of Sales and Business Management or Designee

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our client base by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts, and providing exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
    Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
    Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
    Develop and implement account plans and strategies.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    An Associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
    A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management working for a Capital Equipment (Medical Device, Electronics, Technology) company is required.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    The ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask as needed.
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Energetic with a make-it-happen attitude.
    Must be resilient and demonstrate grit and determination when necessary.
    Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
    Respond to all client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

SALARY: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
