Entry Level Technician

HOURS: Monday - Friday

REPORTING: Operations Management

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an energetic and reliable Entry Level Technicians to perform the day-to-day tasks. OEM Technicians will diagnoses and repairs high-end display monitors in the medical and broadcasting field, and other related equipment to the component level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Certified and Accredited on OEM products and has the ability to process repairs accordingly.
    Inputs data into customer ERP systems as required.
    Input data into Quest ERP systems as required.
    Adheres to production goals and customer requested timelines (SLA).
    Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs OEM products.
    Participates in OEM training courses acquiring knowledge and certification of supported devices. Adheres to specific OEM procedures and SOP’s.
    Ability to follow OEM service manuals and Device History Records (DHR) as required.
    Follows Quest’s procedures and requirements.
    Adheres to all Quest IS0 guidelines and procedures.
    Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

    Performs other work-related duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Associates of Arts degree in electronics or related field or equivalent experience.
    Basic electronic knowledge, usage of electronic test equipment, good computer skills.
    Electronic troubleshooting skills preferred.
    Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
    Ability to lift 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY: $19 - $21 hourly
