A Master Training or a Train-the-trainer program is a unique service to Quest offers to its Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients. Our team essentially becomes certified “master trainers” by training under the OEMs product training Subject Matter Experts (SME). These SME’s pass their wealth of knowledge along to Quest certified master trainers and lead field engineers. Each training program takes into account the sophistication of the equipment and if required, implementation of a shadowing/mirroring program with the trainers and field engineers.
The program is designed to establish trust between Quest and the OEM partner. We focus on understanding the OEM’s products and systems just as the OEM’s experts do, in order to provide the same level of service to the customer.
The Master Training program is one of Quest’s unique tools which maintain our commitment to white-glove services for our OEM clients.
The program is designed to allow collaboration with OEM’s to tailor our training strategy to their individual needs. Once our team masters the training system and obtains the proper certifications, they are then able to train other Quest personnel to manage equipment service and repairs.
This program can be accomplished within Quest’s facilities or if preferred by the client at their facilities, either way, each program is designed to ensure an efficient transfer of knowledge to the Master Trainers.
All Master Training curriculum is in accordance with OEM requirements and is recorded by Quest’s Training Department per Quest’s ISO guidelines. This tracking method helps to ensure that employee refresher training and cross training needs are scheduled / achieved on a timely basis, while helping to improve trainee knowledge retention.

Virtual training is an invaluable branch of the train-the-trainer program. It expands our capabilities to provide expert service for OEM devices anywhere. Through virtual training, we focus on the proper use of the functions, features and scanning techniques.
Our virtual training process is built on the same premise as surgery is; see one, do one, teach one. Each customized session can be interactive using video, voice, or even a merged reality presence.
